Thank you for visiting our website.
All custom handmade paintings are subject to a 30% deposit. Completed and confirmed drawings are nonrefundable. All drawings are previewed and confirmed by customer before completion. Remaining balance is due once drawing is confirmed.
However, retail drawings are only eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase providing that there are no damages.
