Each payment method for drawings are different due to developing methods, time consumed and size of drawing.
To prevent any errors orders must be placed following business guidelines.

Face placement is already decided, if positioning of the face is out of place the effect of the drawing is decreased. Due to this reason we have a limit on the number of people in each drawing. When pictures are sent, recommended pictures are full frontal pictures and not pictures that are at an angle. We feel that a full frontal pictures and not pictures that are at an angle. We feel that a full frontal picture works best to capture your features in the drawing. Clothing & Accessories in picture are not important; We can draw pictures with formal wear if wanted.
If you have a picture taken with the clothing you want in the picture you may send us a separate picture so we may incorporate it into the drawing.
*Custom paintings from photo
*Custom orders have a variety of sizes. When special sizes are ordered you may contact us via email or fax with details and we will send you an estimate on all custom orders the drawings are not drawn in charcoal or oil paint.
Because charcoal can only be drawn in Black & White, drawings are different because many shades of gray are used. It is a 100% hand painted drawing.
In our experience & feedback from customers, the quality & finish of the drawing is a number of times better than charcoal so that is why we are only offering Black & White and Color pastel on our custom orders.
Time frame on completion of oil paintings is from 6 months to 1 year. Because the time frame is long we recommend custom orders drawn in pastel. We come to find that the quality of the drawing is just as beautiful as our oil paintings and we strongly recommend using pastel medium.

*When pictures are sent, pictures that are not accepted are indoor pictures taken with a flash and Polaroid pictures. The best pictures would be an outdoor picture with natural lighting or a picture that clearly shows all contours and details of face.
If the face size in picture is smaller than a thumbprint the artist must magnify the picture thus it may take a longer time to produce the drawing. If sending multiple pictures please sort accordingly, if customer has trouble sorting pictures and deciding a consultation with the artist will be provided.

*Retail pictures sizes are 11”x 4”, 16”x20” &20”x24” and are all drawn on canvas.
Completed drawings are not waterproof so must be kept away from water and also from direct sunlight. Indoor displaying is recommended.
